The products will be sent to the delivery address that you indicate us, in the Spanish territory, on Mondays and on Thursdays of every week.
The products will arrive to their destination one or two skilled days after being correspondents.
The shipment will be carried out through mail, by means of national urgent certified letter and I lower it signs of the addressee.
The shipping and handling is fixed for amount of 7.00 Eurus
The allowed payment form is credit card it approves or mastercard.
If it is not satisfied with the acquired products, he/she will be able to them to return in a term non superior to 7 days, counted starting from the reception of the product.

The refund of the amount will be made by means of payment.
The norms regarding the refunds, (regulated by the Law of the 15/1/96 number 7/1996) reclamations, guarantee and emission of invoices, they are the following ones:
Refunds won't be admitted that don't come in their original packing and with the product in perfect state.
The products that can be reproduced or copied with immediate character (compact disc, software, videotape movies, books, etc) they won't be admitted unless they are returned in their original packing, excepting the cases of faulty merchandise.
